Having played "ELEVEN TABLE TENNIS" on the Meta quest 3 virtual reality headset, I highly recommend you give it a try if you get the opportunity. The graphics are excellent and there are several 'environments' to try out ('Arena' is best). You can change the spin and speed elements or your racket to mimic your 'real life' bat. Play matches against other players from around the world. It is as close to playing in real life as you could wish to get, without leaving your front room!! Below is a link to the "30 day challenge" that table tennis daily put together. It is well worth a watch.
